Much less nearly August?

Oops, so that’s sat on my screen for a week now.  So it is August.  Logan has her second day of her second three day Eugene Waldorf School Summer Arts Program school today, so I don’t have much time, but I ran across a link that was entertaining, so I’ll give you that for the moment.

Origin of the Smiley Face

I have the intention of posting pictures — including fireworks pics I took for mom on the 4^th.  Real Soon Now, really! 

PS:  one would think that when I cut and past this whole thing from MS Word, and then cut and paste one word to correct the spelling (Origin, above) the font would be the same.  Evidently that’s not true, at least at my end of posting.
